||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Beware that you need the proper wiring behind your switch for it to work (3 wires). I had to return it because of that reason but I like TP-Link products and the Kasa app mixed with Alexa.

I would have liked to see a calendar view for at least the last 7 days. I do not like the fact that the light on the switch stays on when the switch is in off position. This should have been configurable. Regarding installation, it asks to label the wires, but does not provide the labels in the box. It does what it is supposed to do. It is a good smart switch.

First smart switch I’ve owned and it’s a good one.

Difficulty was in installation of the neutral when the there are multiple switches on the plate. All switches on plate had to be unfastened and pulled away from the wall to access the neutral wire bundle behind everything. Then folding all wires back in so everything will fit inside box again.
