great matter dimmer switch! matter for all! can be used together with homekit, alexa, and others

Needed to replace a dimmer switch for the kitchen recessed lights (a combination of old PAR30 halogen/LEDs, and modern screw-in retrofit LED's flat panels. I was persuaded by the price, brand, Wi-Fi capabilities, and positive reviews. Thought that installation could be challenging, but it actually was equal to an old-fashioned light switch; and the Wi-Fi/app. programing was intuitive and easy.

Very well with Alexa, have echo dot with these switches, works perfect for single pole lights. Not suitable for fans with lights, if u do it will turn on lights and fan at the same time.

Easy installation. The app ised for these devices is easy to use and setup. I installed every switch in my house with smart switches and now truly can control everything in my house with just a few clicks.

Have used TP-Link Smart Switches on a few homes, however this was my first experience with TP-Link "Tapo with Matter" ..., and I LIKE IT. IMO, the Android Tapo App and Tapo devices links up faster than standard TP-Link stuff. After a while, the Tapo Matter app also found legacy TP-Link equipment. Additionally, after rebooting my smart system post storm power loss, everything linked back together up nicely. My chief complaint is how the Tapo App jumbles all the device icons on the home screen. It's nice to see all devices there, but too easy to select the wrong item with big thumbs on a standard phone screen.

wiring up was easy and they work great. Tapo app is easy to operate. Had some issues getting to link with google home but in the end it is working now.

Installation went okay. I followed instructions but initially couldn't get it to power on. I turned you getting an electrician out to install it, who told me that I mixed up the line and load. It worked afterwards. Connecting Matter worked well and waa easy. The annoying thing is that if I click the switch to quickly (not a matter of how hard I press, but rather how briefly) the switch does not recognize it. This was not an issue with my Kasa switches. Not a big problem but you have to make sure to click it for what seems to be more than a third of a second.

These TP-Link Switches are a great purchase. The install was easy and it links up to Alexa for voice activated control and dimming.

Easy to install this wireless switch and connect through TP-Link app. I can remotely control each light at my house. Very very convenient. Will buy more in the future.

They were good and easy to install. The only thing it was the app that I have little bit of trouble before I connect him to it and the most beautiful thing about it that I was able to add them up to Google home.

These switches works great The Tapo application is very friendly And now i can control the lights with my voice using Alexa Plus they are dimmable switches.

I had to find an alternative, I used to have phillips hue loght bulbs but I decided I wanted to try these switches and save some money. This is the best alternative.! I got them on a great deal too

Quick delivery in good condition. The switches were easy to install. Now i have the option to ask Google to control my switches in a room that’s too far to walk to!

At first I bought 4 and then I bought 4 more after trying the first 4. They work great for single pole. However, 2-way, 3-way or 4-way it can get a little tricky. If you know how the wiring goes then buy these confidently as they are very slick switches.

Easy to set up, not so sure about build quality and durability
