    I was disappointed that an on time could be scheduled, but not an off time. What’s up with that? I bought it for my Christmas tree, so glad I don’t need to it for more than a month

    Haven't been able to connect this to my wifi system. The instruction are so tiny I need a magnified glass to be able to read them.

    Requires an app to setup

    TP-Link, the point if Matter was to get out of the garden wall. My efforts to get the devices into HomeKit only resulted in error messages. Even on sale this piece of trash isnt worth the spyware.

    This was not able to connect with our Alexa system. Tried ever option that was availble. I have returned the item as it was not worth time and effort in trying to get it to work. We have very similiar Kasa units but this was not even close.

    Don’t waste your time or money

    Don’t waste your money. I have quite a few smart plugs in my house, this brand connected to my AppleHome once, and since then has not been able to connect again. We keep getting the “no response” error on all of them. They were on discount and I should have paid full price for a different product. It’s frustrating because BestBuy only had a 2week return window, which is awful. Will never buy again and will think twice about BestBuy in future with this absurd return policy.

    Do not waste your money with this product

    Most of the times Alexa says that “ not responding” Even the Tapo app says devices are offline , need to remove plugs and connect back to get the connection. Need to do this every day.

    Sadly i couldnt connect to my wifi. I followed all instructions and tried multiple times. It just wouldnt connect. I didnt get to return them in time so now they just sit at home

    Good concept- bad plug!

    The concept is great, but in reality this plug did not work well. I bought it for my Christmas lights with the hopes they would go on and off at the times I set. Sadly many times when i got home the app which I programmed was off or not working properly. I tried to set the "AWAY" function so they would go on and off daily, but kept stopped working. Ended up buying the old fashioned plug in timer.
