I prefer lamps to overhead lighting in most rooms, so love these for turning my lamps on and off on a daily basis. Also great for when traveling to set up random schedules to not have them on and off at same time every day. Since they are controlled by an app, easy to make changes if you want to when away from home. Great for not having to come home to enter a dark house. Easy to bypass schedule if you want to just turn on lamp or off by pressing button on end of the unit.

These plugs are so handy and useful! We use them for our plants so that we don’t have to worry about turning lights on/off. So easy to set them to a specific schedule with the app!

Excellent smart plugs, with the Matter open standard interface. It’s been so annoying to have to narrow the scope of what smart things you can buy based on your smart home of choice (Siri, Alexa, Google, etc). With the Matter open standard, and the fact that these devices abide by the standard mean you can use them with virtually any assistant. What’s more, is that they are super easy to pair, they are very responsive, and they blend in really well.

Easy setup and the app paired with Alexa makes use pretty seamless. The new Tapo app also syncs with TP-Link Kasa devices which makes things very convenient.

Makes it easy to control my lights even if away from home. I sometimes forget to turn off my lights when I leave so its great being able to turn them off from my phone.

very nice product that I use to control my house lighting and security cameras remotely via WiFi. I go away for the winter and have powered these units off and on from as far as Australia. Very dependable!

Works great with homekit. I would download the app so you can update the firmware, had issues pairing until this was done.

Wemo plugs were going bad, plus I do not think wemo supports their plugs any more. Super easy installation with these plugs. Down loaded the TAPO app and these plugs took maybe a minute to connect to the App. Got rid of all my Wemo plugs and replaced them with these

I connected this to my Home app and I’m enjoying I can turn it on/off in my control center. I mainly used it for Christmas tree and it was great!

Easy installation using the Tapo app and then works great when linked to "Alexa" on the Amazon Echo making it easy for a relative using a walker to turn on lights "hands-free" throughout the house. The ability to set-up a daily timer is a bonus!

Very easy to set up. I bought them to replace a pair from another company that had stopped working and that were hard to set up in the first place. These are much easier and, so far, are working perfectly.

Connected to WiFi and app quickly, Alexa picked it up immediately. Little delay in operation

I got these plugs to replace the ones I have that work with Google or Alexa for my curio lights and a night light. All my other plugs work with IOS, so I won't have to switch apps. So far, they work just fine.

I use these smart plugs as a way to set a schedule on a couple lamps I have in my kitchen and living room. I can turn them on/off from anywhere in the house if I need and they work perfectly. The app works well and is easy to use. I recommend these for use with lights and small appliances, but I definitely wouldn't use them for high wattage appliances such as heaters or portable air conditioners.
