I love the ease of using these plugs and setting them up in the app. I can put lighting on a timer through them, and control them from my phone when I want them on or off easily.

I purchased them for my Christmas tree and outside decorations. They were very affordable and got the job done. After the holiday I plan to use them in the bedroom for a nightstand and my loft area.

Easy to use and configure. The tapo app allows all kinds of configuration and supports multiple schedule. Does not get hot and the connectivity with wifi is strong and stable. I have used wemo in the past but it keeps getting disconnected and takes a long time to reconnect and use.

Simple to use and must have accessory these days. I’m using it for my living room and bedroom normal lights. App is very easy where we can schedule on-off as per need. There are many function like diming lights or adding camera etc you can do through app. Pverall recommended

I have light under my counters that i would have to plug in all the time. They would turn on and off when ever it wanted. I couldnt reach the outlet very well so i got this and pulged them in. They now come on at set time and turn off. I also use one in my kids room. They would never turn off their ligth before school. Now i can control it and it is set on a schedule too.

This works so well, I go to work before my wife does and around 6:50 am i pull out my phone and hit the on button to start her coffee, she loves it and so do I, if it makes her happy it makes me happy and it also makes me feel good being able to make her happy. Hey it also makes me look good.

Easy Setup in App and quickly connected to Alexa. Allows us to control all the plugs in our house using our voice... Haven't tried the cross platform integration but great so far

I use these plugs to control my fans in different rooms. They are reliable and trouble free. I yell at Alexa to turn the fans on and off and it works every time, when she can understand what I'm saying... but that's another review :(

This version is very easy to set up using Bluetooth. I highly recommend it to anyone that has WiFi and a smartphone. It beats walking into a dark room. All you have to do is is tell google, Alexa, etc. to turn on the lamp that’s plugged into the smart plug

Fairly issue app to use to set up schedule for lights. Like that I can control lights when I am away.

The smart plug works as advertised. It's a good introducing to the tapo ecosystem. Using an android it is a bit weird for a first time set up. Have to download the Google home app, then once you use Google home 1 time, you never use it again and you use the tapo app. Nice to be able to schedule the outlet and make sure things are off during sleeping hours.

Better than the Wemos (now discontinued) they replaced. More responsive, easier to schedule.
