Great plugs BUT you need a TP link account

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really like them BUT…I didn’t realized I had to create a TP Link account and download the TP link app to set them up, I read they were Alexa compatible and just assumed they would connect to Alexa trough my existing account. After set up they do sync with Alexa automatically and can be used with the hub or Alexa app, I just hated having to keep track of an other account and password

Great Little Plugs

They are reliable and trouble free. I yell at Alexa to turn the fans on and off and it works every time, when she can understand what I'm saying... but that's another review :(

I thought it can do other changes( other functions) it doesn’t turn on the smart tv It is easy to install . You may think in other functions, that’s my recommendation.

Allows us to control all the plugs in our house using our voice... Haven't tried the cross platform integration but great so far

If you're akways scared of the mosters getting you before you can retreat to the safety of your bed, no worries, just turn them of via your phone or through Alexa. The number reason is it replaced the "Clapper"!!!

I can just turn it on and shut it off whenever I'm not home. My only gripe is that it requires you to have the tapo app to set up and then you can delete it after it's set up and connected to Google home. Other than that, it's a wonderful product

Easy app access using Tapo or Home. Works with Siri as long as you have a Matter hub. When these are on sale, they are a great buy.

The setup was a breeze using Apple Home and I only imagine the same for other smart home apps. It only took 5 minutes to setup all 3, no apps to install, no logins to remember. Matter, matters!
