Amazing , it’s exactly what i needed in my basement

Between the router and this extender, we have full reception of wifi throughout our 1760sq ft home.

I got my parents a new TP-Link AX router that supported mesh. They have close to 4000sqft. This really helped give them whole home coverage.

It was easy enough to set up, but after a few weeks the performance is not impressing me and I’m probably going to replace it. I had to hard reset it once because it wouldn’t accept the password we’d been using the whole time. Fine, whatever, one reset. Worse yet, the device drops service throughout the day, and this is when I’m feet away from the device. My laptop or phone will show a blip where the extender drops offline. When it’s working, the speed is great. But I can’t rely on this for working from home. I can’t get cut out of video calls twice in 30 minutes. My UniFi app is showing flawless service to the extender, so this is wholly an issue with the TP Link device.

It took me a while to find a WiFi extensor and I have to say, I don't regret getting this one, it is perfect

Being computer dumb, I had to get my son-in-law to set this up. I'm sure my dog could have done it as well. It does run warm which is some concern for me. My wife said the far outside camera dose run a little faster.

It works as advertised. It gives the Wifi greater signal in other parts of home.

This was fairly easy to set up. We had a huge dead zone in our house and the extender has helped a great deal. I didn't give it 5 stats because though it was not hard to set up, it was not super easy either and we had to move it several times.

Work great even with Comcast. Easy to setup.......

this works great just have to log into the extender for my item and it makes my item work faster great for the price

I've become a huge fan of the interface that TP Link has created for managing your devices. I've used equipment that's more expensive and supposedly more professional but the interfaces have been very poorly designed. This one's well worth the money especially with a great interface

Does the trick but be aware it creates an an extension of your wife network so your devices have to switch networks when walking across your home. Not the biggest deal as the switch is relatively flawless but still good to know
