Overrated product and underrated performance.

I bought this to help with my Wi-Fi in my house. It doesn’t seem to make any difference and I seem to have more issues with the Wi-Fi connection now. I should have returned it right away but wasn’t able to l I would not recommend this at all.

We also suggest re-verifying your router's Wi-Fi password during setup, or if using the WPS setup method, ensuring the WPS process is performed in the correct order. The extender's indicator LEDs will help you determine which position in your home is ideal.

Posted .Use Ethernet? Can you elaborate? If you are using the product in AP mode, absolutely Ethernet is needed, because in AP mode the extender has to be physicality connected to the router. But in RE mode the extender's ethernet port is for a client and is optional.
Poor Service

I arranged my schedule for this instillation, sent a confirmation text and then - boom - I'm not coming. That is unprofessional and seriously disrupts my valid expectations for excellent service. Causes me to wonder why I should pay for Total Tech.

Please first ensure it is installed in a location where it is not exposed to external heat sources (e.g., direct sunlight) for prolonged periods, and has adequate ventilation (e.g., not installed in a confined space).
