Crummy extender

Thank you for your review. While it is normal for the extender to run relatively warm while in use, it should not be exceedingly hot to the touch. Please first ensure it is installed in a location where it is not exposed to external heat sources (e.g., direct sunlight) for prolonged periods, and has adequate ventilation (e.g., not installed in a confined space).

We also suggest re-verifying your router's Wi-Fi password during setup, or if using the WPS setup method, ensuring the WPS process is performed in the correct order. The extender's indicator LEDs will help you determine which position in your home is ideal.

Don't Do It!

After trying about 15 different ways to get a second TV to do what the older 4G modem used to do with ease, compared to Motorola's 5G dud, this was a waste of time and effort and ended up being returned to Best Buy.

Don’t bother

Sgnal would drop constantly or fail to connect. Finally traded it in for a mesh extender, which has been great.
