phone book does not respond to blue tooth

When you give it a list name command it lists the phone numbers and no name. When some from the phone book calls the car phone say caller unknown.

I am not impressed with this phone.

I have used the older LG flip phone and you can use the vibrate mode to get phone calls and at the same time mute the phone. Not a user friendly phone compared to my old LG.

Does what a phone does simplicity

Calling for support is useless when it's all automated. Can't get voice mail, a ring tone or add contacts. If you have any way to help, I would like to hear about it. Liked my old phone just fine before they decided to quit my service. Never buy another one.

A very difficult phone to work and reviews all state this. wondering why you feel this is a good replacement for the old flip Trac. I can't even get minutes without opening a google acct. my old phone told me when I turned it on. will be hesitant with future purchases from you. Guess I need to check things out before purchasing, I am fault too.
