3 languages are displayed ,it was difficult even for technical suport to reset it to englihs,thechnical support i spoke to lived in PHILILIPINES,it was a horrible experience to make it work,now is ok,dont get it unless u have TONS od patience,even tech was losing it

I will be thinking about a different phone sometime soon.

It has most of the characteristics of cell phones but typing the characters is very difficult because you have to use the key pad to select letters and numbers instead of typing them directly. This can be very painstaking.

They don't tell you that this is a locked phone in the description. Buried in the Q&A they finally have a statement that it is a locked phone. So if you already have another carrier, you cannot use this phone. If you buy it, you don't really own it, you're merely renting it because you can't decide what you want to do with it. You are obligated to have tracfone as your provider whether you want it or not.

I am 81 years old and things like a flip phone should be easy to activate but I spent hours on the phone , my wife's, and it still doesn't work. I dumped Consumer Cellular because my phone wouldn't scroll when I wanted it to. I spent hours on the phone and it was never corrected. They put a glitch in the program that can't be fixed to force you to buy a new phone. Despite the ads their service stinks.

It was not what I thought it was going to be . I was looking for a basic phone that I could carry on the road for emergency use . Not only is it difficult to use as a phone but it has too many unrelated features not relavent to rapid communication. My opinion is that it was designed for young people who enjoyed texting . I just wanted a basic telephone for voice communication.

The phone has some interesting features. However, the glass below the outer display of the time cracked. Now there is no outer display showing and just an unsightly mark instead. The phone never got dropped or mistreated.

You cannot hear text messages in normal conditions, and you cannot hear phone ring unless you have vol @ 15/15 not to good at all.

After using Iphone for several years, this flip phone is difficult to use. My first cell phone was a flip phone so ease of use was expected. It didn't function properly until the sim card was removed and reinstalled. Alcatel Tracfone customer service was not helpful or friendly. It is a backup and was very inexpensive or it would be returned.

It doesn't have a speakerphone. Plastic and overall a cheap product. Wanted something for an elderly person. Would not recommend it.

Two older friends of mine got this and both hate it. Not like there last trac phone. Not easy to navigate

The phone functions. That said, the cost of actually using it is so high, you are better off getting a low-cost normal line.

Phone much harder to set up than my old LG flip phone was. Had to call TracFone many times to get some ideas of how to work It.

Tbh pretty junkie. It was just a stop gap while waiting on a new phone to arrive. I do not recommend...

Bought this flip phone for an elderly person thinking it would be easy to navigate. Totally wrong, this phone is difficult to set up, confusing to use and totally not user friendly no matter if you are young or elderly. Guess you get what you pay for...a waste of time, to even consider this phone

We never even used this phone because the buttons are so unbelievably hard to push...takes a lot of strength....the method of placing a call is too difficult for my elderly mom to use. She likes flip phones but she could not use this one.
