Needed an inexpensive cell. Didn’t need texting or a data plan. Didn’t need the camera but images were good enough. This suits the bill just fine with a Tracfone unlimited talk plan.

The phone did not work. I tried to actuvate it. It did not work. The employee in Best Buy said to use my receipt to activate it. That did not work. I returned to the store. He then said my email must be used to get the code. I asked him why. He very rudely said, "Do you want me to help you or not." Employees should not treat customers with this rude, uncalled for attitude when it is his fault to tell me to use the receipt. I called the number to activate the phone and the person told me the numbers don't work. That is when I returned to the store and the employee said to use the enail. If he doesn't know what he is doing, he should not be working there. Then I tried to activate the phone with the email code. It did not work. I wanted to return the phone before the deadline date. Again I tried to activate the phone. Another failure. I turned the phone. I went to return the minutes card that cost $20.00. Thd emoyee said I could not return the card. I said, "Where does it say that? There is no sign posted by the register. The receipt does not say that." The manager said it is written on the card. It was in very small print on the back of the card. I never saw that. So I am out $20.00 plus tax because your track phone did not work. I only bought the minutes for the phone and the phone did not work. I will never shop at that Best Buy again.
