I bought this phone when I thought my TCL A3 (which is frozen on Android 11) was becoming obsolete, as several crucial apps stopped functioning correctly. The problem was with the apps (Thanks, developers!), so I've continued to use it, only using this Blu as a tablet, for now. That being said... Using this device only for internet browsing and app activities has proven to be a big letdown. It's likely due to the processor, which is no more powerful (2Gz) than my TCL. Having double the memory (64Gb) is of little benefit, when the phone repeatedly lags, or is frequently "glitchy". One common occurrence: wake device/enter password/reach home screen/swipe right (to see the web articles page) - no response. Try a second/third time: after several more seconds of delay, navigation buttons at the bottom flash black/back to white and screen finally appears, after pages flash, as well. This is just one of the ways this unit is painfully slow to respond - none of which I have with my TCL. With the caveat that I haven't used it as an activated phone yet, I cannot recommend this device: I'm seriously considering just moving on to another device/bypassing it, once apps will no longer function on the TCL.
