I wanted to stay with TracPhone but needed to use AT&T. This SIM card allows that to happen. For $1 SIM card and an unlocked phone, I can stay with a no-contract phone.

Both setups went smoothly online. I liked having both GSM and CDMA cards included because at the time I bought them I wasn't sure which network had better reception in the places I go. For Best Buy's super low price, it was well worth it.

The sim card was around $1 and the most inexpensive plan was around $20 but was enough for a few weeks...a great plan to know about, so glad best buy associates could help me find this solution! KUDOS!

They have certain bring your own plans that are double or triple the value. I use the Verizon sim card to get better data service in areas that are weaker on my primary carrier.

Never have any problems with their SIM cards. There are instructions inside the kit and if you have any problems, you can go online for a quick video tutorial.

Cheap, but also cheap

Be aware that advanced carrier options required for a very small number of phones currently on the market to fully function are not in Tracfone's control. Do your due diligence and research your phone with Tracfone's service, though this is unlikely to affect you.

Bring your own phone to Tracfone = SAVE $$$

Just insert appropriate size and type of SIM card from the kit to begin transfer. I was able to transfer my old Tracfone phone number + minutes/data/text. I called Tracfone customer service to aid me in the process. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS WONDERFUL. I'm PLEASED !!!
