It was not as easy as they make it out to be but that may just be my case. I had to call them and provide the SIM CARD PIN and they had to manually move my minutes and phone number over to the new phone/sim. But my old phone didn't have a SIM so maybe that is why. But overall this product allowed for easy transfer of service to a new smartphone!
