    The kit includes multiple size sim cards for each of the carriers supported by TracFone. It also included a SER number? for phones that don't have a sim card. Make sure your new phone uses a sim card. Following phone manufacturers instruction for accessing the sim card then follow the instructions on the Tracfone website. I was upgrading my phone and was up and running in 20 minutes.
