While they still are outsourced and from other countries, the language barrier is better. When I got someone who was unhelpful I was quickly connected with a supervisor. Not bad and it beats paying $10 for a SIM card from the major carriers.

At first I didn't want to use it. After putting the card in it worked just as well as any other sim card. I would definitely use it again. I had no issues with it.
