We always use the Verizon card in this kit because it is the best signal for us. Anyway, the hispanic rep we got insisted his phone was not compatible with Verizon and made him activate it with the AT and T sim - so in order for him to use his new phone he had to do that. The next day the Samsung rep at Best Buy put his Verizon sim in this exact phone (which is unlocked for any carrier) and it was perfect - Tracfone is (depending on the day and the rep) a bunch of liars or untrained or stupid people.

I just wish TracFone was a better provider than being the phone all homeless people camping outside my CVS and Walgreens ask me to top up.

Several hours and days trying to get them to work. Nothing wrong with product but I would suggest that their customer support should be offered more training.
