    Had a problem with my phone. Bobby that works in the cell phone dept in Tinley Park was great. He spent a lot of time trying to get on line service for my Trac phone. Trac phone people disconnected him, asked him to repeat procedures he had already done etc. It was a nightmare. Bobby got it fixed. Thank you Bobby!!!! Service gets 5 star!!!
