I bought it for my mom but when I went to set it up it was a real nightmare and there were all kinds of issues. Spent lots of time on the phone with representatives who in the end did not help.

Not a simple set up or activation otherwise okay !

When purchased in store, although the customer service rep asked me for a number i would like to use and checked to see if it wasn't available. Then i had to wait till the next morning to contact their customer service center as they only worked between 8am - 4 pm. But once it was sorted out it worked well.
