Great flip phone

The volume on the phone is great - easy volume button on side of phone & the microphone button works very well. It can also be set in our Subaru Forester to answer hands free.

Hard to figure out.

We don't know about the quality yet, but the features are difficult to figure out. I would pay more money for a phone if it came with a PAPER MANUEL. We also have the LG Journey, and it is so much easier to use. The Journey is easier to use than the I-phone we have.

Probably better to go for a better phone if you can afford it but if it's in your price range then tackle it.
