    Not happy with this: dropped calls and bleed overs

    Don't know if it is the phone or the service, but calls keep being dropped. Major problem, as I am "trying" to use this for remote work. Extremely irritating, and I am VERY tired of redialing and apologizing for this phone. Also am sometimes getting "bleed over" from other calls: all sorts of squawks, and conversations that I can almost understand what is being said by others. Disconcerting and makes me wonder just how "private" my calls really are,

    This particular Motorola has poor interface I believe and it often will just go black. Service is itself reliable + no calls being dropped. Texts have some gliches.

    batterys will not stay cahger long

    good phone but the batterys do not stay charged long be almost dead in 5 hours that with not using it will not buy again

    Only lasted two months in cold weather. Low quality screen and can break easy.

    I had many issues with this junk!!! No one helped me with my problems. The phone was hard to operate. It kept losing numbers. Sometimes it would not faction at all. I called TracFone for help and got NONE. I left TracFone and I am now with Spectrum Wireless. I am way happier with Spectrum. I would not recommend TracFone or this Motorola phone!!!!!!!!!!

    Had to return it! It would ring many times before it was programed. Didn't work the way that it was supposed too. Tried it for a week.

    For a beginner....confusing directions, videos do NOT explain icons clearly, with no immediate access to an answer for a question...and no phone number for immediate help I HAVE to have a phone in my car, and am paying an outrageous price for things I probably won't use...anything else is as expensive with less quality so I am stuck

    Didnt work i called the carrier to help set up they advised me to return it to exchange but ended up just buying a different brand
