Overall, the price for the phone was great. It was very cheap. The camera on this phone was also really nice for the low price that I paid. There have been no issues with reception during calls or texts using Tracfone's service on this Motorola. So I give it a solid 4.

I purchased the phone in order to use it to protect my identification. Investigative purpose, to learn who was attempting to change my billing address; attempting to divert that information to be sent elsewhere. HOWEVER: Although I was successful, I also discovered a quality product. Having all and any other features that come with more expensive phones and their cellular carrier services, BUT AT LOT less cost. So I wondered, “what am I doing spending so much money on phone and service, when this Best Buy phone does exactly the same thing?” THANKS

This phone is GREAT! It was easy to set up and it’s clear. And best of all it’s light weight.

I bought this for my mom who needed a new phone and she was able to uses her SafeLink by installing her old SIM card and texting SWITCH to SafeLink. The only downside is all the bloatware. But almost all of it can be uninstalled or at least disabled. But if you're a SafeLink user and are wondering about this phone, yes, it works and no need for awful Tracfone, which is awful.

This is a nice size phone, that is very easy to use. I like the plan options available. This is a good option to provide a business phone and I use it for my business clients that are expecting to see a local number.

Used it as a secondary phone as a work phone it worked really good got a new device so gave it to my mother and she loves it recommended for kids my nephew has one and he loves it

I don't need a phone for much. Just to make call and receive calls. Sometimes I use the maps to get me from one place to another. I use a Trac Phone card and buy minutes every 3 months for the phone. Works for me.

This phone is reliable and hosts a huge variety of apps that are compatible with the phone! It works fast and doesn’t lag, and it charges super fast. I really liked how fast the internet, downloads, and communication worked out for me. Great phone at a great price; I highly recommend!

I bought this as a second and backup phone. I have had Tracphone before. I am pleased with the 64GB storage the classic style plugins and the modern Applications features. The price brings it on home. Good old carry-over benefits too.

This phone is a perfect tool for me. I am not a tech person, but this phone gives me a little cache with its sleek style. Its winning attribute, however is its ease of use.

I’m used to Samsung phones but needed something quick and cheap. This does the job. A little on the skinny side which takes some getting used to. Works great, no lagging issues, display is very nice. If you are looking for a cheap phone this one will do fine.
