this model is very compact. interesting design. but the company can't unlock it. they write 12 months it's terrible. (I would like some kind of discount in the future. I cannot use a SIM card from another operator

The negative on this smartphone is the small amount of RAM The positives are double memory from Samsung J3 and Samsung J7. I still purchased a SD 128 card for storage of photos and letters,etc. Overall, it is faster and has more options than my previous Samsungs. I am happy with my purchase.

I like the size and weight. It seems to operate smoothly even with several apps open. However many of the apps for android are less complete than their Windows version, so you end up completing the task on your computer.

This is a very nice phone. The battery life is excellent. I was even able to remove some apps that were not needed. Would highly recommend it. It has a lot of storage also. It is very easy to use and set up. The only thing I wish you could buy another charging cable to have an extra

Replaced an older AT&T prepaid phone with this TracFone, and my girl loves it! She can finally enjoy the internet, apps, and a camera that takes good pictures! Phone has a fair amount of memory and seems easy to use.

This is a awesome phone especially as a TracFone. It is slim and fits in my pocket nicely. It is easy to figure out how to use it even for someone who is not phone savvy. I would recommend this phone to all, young and old. As well as family and friends.

This phone was for my husband, who does not like new things. He has had no trouble figuring out how to use this phone. He has also commented that the screen is bigger and the phone is much faster than his old one.

I wanted to upgrade from a not so smart phone to a smartphone and not pay $1000. I was looking for an easy to use phone, texting, fast internet, email, a good quality camera and a fair amount of memory. I have it all for under $150. So far not one thing to complain about.

I bought this phone to use as an emergency phone / travel phone. Got it for $50 and was very happy with the price. I gave it to my mom when she was visiting and she used it in several states and it worked well for her. You can pair this with a Tracfone pay as you go plan... I purchased a $15 for 30 day plan option and I would recommend this phone highly to anyone needing a cheap second phone or who want to lower their monthly phone bill.

I've been with tracfone many years and had many different phones but this is the best by far. I love samsung products and was recommended this phone by the Samsung rep at best buy. It is taking some getting used to because it is so different from the last phone I had but I am so happy with the speed which was one of the main requirements in a new phone. So with that being said I would definitely recommend this phone.

The phone is so easy to set up. I like the size and available features. I bought this phone to replace my old Samsung phone. Phone includes some great games to play. Easy adjustable volume. The home screen button is part of the phone. I no longer have to hit the physical button. Great price and good bargains for minutes.

My mom came from a flip phone. I bought a Samsung because it has a really nice easy mode. I wanted to ease my mom into using this phone and so far it's been pretty smooth. It comes with minimal bloatware out of the box, so not much to uninstall. The built quality is very good for the price and the camera is pretty decent. Overall for the price this phone is great for adults wanting a cheap phone or a first phone for a kid in school.

The Samsung A10E gets 5 stars. Everything is exactly what I expected. I’ve owned several cheaper phones and got tired of running out of room. I’m using this with a couple of camera drones and the videos and pictures are amazing. The old phone couldn’t keep up with drones video stream. FedEx gets 0 stars. Delivered 2 days late and tracking was crazy. Went from FedEx office 20 miles from me to another FedEx office 80 miles away, then back to office 20 miles away then delivered. TracFone gets 1 star. Took them 6 hrs from disabling my old phone to enabling my new phone.

I did some research and decided to buy the Samsung Galaxy A10e Tracphone because I was tired of my flip phone,knowing it wouldn't work much longer.The clerk set it up for me because I know I wouldn't be able to do it myself I've had it for 2 days,am getting use to how it works.,feels in my hand The screen is so much bigger than my flip phone.The main reason I bought it was for emergencies

I have only had the phone for 2 weeks. It is a replacement for a phone that was cheaper and had a damaged screen. It was easy to set up and transfer everything from my old phone to this phone. Overall good value.

The same reason several other buyers mentioned in their reviews. 1. I don't use a smart phone as often as most people 2. I purchased the one year deal which amounts to $10.00 a month 3. The protective case was available at Amazon for $8.00 4. Where I live, the connection is excellent 5. I use our WiFi probably 99% of the time from home 6. The price at $99.00 gives you plenty of RAM and Storage 7. I dictate everything using Google Assistant 8. No problems with Assistant and Android Auto Overall: Nice phone, easy to learn and does what I need.

Got this phone because I needed more memory and a newer version of Android in a phone. Have been a Tracfone customer for years. This was a great buy. 32gb of memory, Android 10. With Smartswitch it was easy to transfer every thing from my old Samsung to this one.

The Samsung Galaxy A10e is one excellent cellphone that has everything that my Wife and I need to use. Nice size cellphone. Comes up very fast and we still have all our Apps that we use. easy to transfer our account from one Tracfone to the new Tracfone.

This phone takes the most crystal clear photos/videos right out of the box. The setup was really, easy the transfer of info was even easier! I'm very much so pleased with my new SAMSUNG THANK YOU BEST BUY!!
