Just like with the other one, this one would not connect to the cellular network no matter what TracFone did. That means no calls in or out and no texts in or out. I was then made aware that this is a known problem with the A10e and that the manufacturer has been made aware of this. I would recommend against buying the A10e until the defect is fixed by the manufacturer, unless you do not need it for calls and texts.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love this phone, the size is perfect, the camera is great, it is fairly easy to navigate, perfect for someone who isn't a phone addict! I mostly use it for texting and google maps and now pictures because my last phone had the worst camera ever! The one thing I did not like about it was it sucked up ALL of my data so I had to go to each app to turn off the background data usage. It sucks because with Tracfone, I buy my data, it is not unlimited and it went FAST until I turned all of that data usage off. So after a day and a half of tinkering with it, I got it to my liking and have no complaints. Oh, one more thing, the charger cable is SHORT so I had to buy a longer one. I will use the one that came with the phone in my truck.
