Needed personal help as to transfer from old phone sin card,etc And add my member number

not bad for a budget no problems so far could have more features in my opinion

Used as a gift for little ones this christmas.....

Absolutely the second worst phone I've ever had. I don't know where to begin to describe this piece of crap. Day one, I dropped it. It hit my boot loop, I put my foot out to lessen the dropped. The screen cracked. After that I was playing music. The speaker blew. How? It doesn't get that loud. The functions its lacking is major. Basic no thrills phone for 112.00 dollars. Don't waste your money. Thank god I got the warranty. Hopefully I can trade it in. I hate it.

Horrible after we got this phone activated it got a 30.00 phone card nothing worked we called traq phone was told if we wanted everything to work on the phone we had to buy 3 separate phone cards a month...got all 3 cards and still can't make calls and now of course its past 14 day return policy so we are out the money for the phone and the money for a total of 4 phone cards out the money on a new case and screen protector....it's horrible don't buy it

Should of kept my old phone I’ve been on the phone since I received it With both trac fone and Samsung I’ll be bringing it back Along with the car charger that won’t fit the phone

This was purchased as a birthday gift for our 11 year old grandson. He received it on December 29th. Within a weeks time, it had "frozen"and he has not been able to use it since.

This is the worst cell phone I have ever owned. I am unable to answer phone even when it is activated.

Although very affordable this item didnt have a lot of the features i was hoping for.

Could not use this phone in my area. Operator told me the service area for this phone was under verizon. Verizon doesn't have good coverage here. I was not able to get phone activated so I had to return it. I'm am still waiting for my refund to be sent to me.

I have had several Samsung Tracfones. They are junk. If you are using Tracfone, try LG or Motorola phones instead of Samsung.

It is 6 inches long and 3 inches wide. I might as well just take my laptop to use which is much easier to open and connect. I had a wonderful old lg phone that was perfect at les than 5 inches high and 2 and a half inches wide. Fit in my pocket nice.

Please don't get this "phone" 1. it is the slowest thing ever 2. the apps just close out randomly 3. very cheap for a phone

I this phone because it was GSM it would be on AT&t towers and TracFone goes and puts it on Verizon towers anyway and tells me it's not it's a CDMA phone I'm very upset I feel like I just threw the money out the window cuz as soon as they put it on their Network it dropped three bars. Stuck
