Looks. Nice works very well price could be a little less I find it's a lot of money but these days you all most have to have a phone to stay in touch with everybody it isn't that well built so you have to treat it like it is a piece of glass but for the most part I am happy with my purchase

I bought a Galaxy S10 e recently and the assistant behind the counter was very helpful and set up my account on my new phone with no problems and answered every question politely and happily . . . good job guys excellent teamwork!!!

I purchased this phone to use with a TracFone account. The screen display and other features are very good for the price I paid. The set-up of the phone and transferring my number with TracFone took several hours over 2 days involving many different people at TracFone.

Still figuring out how to use it, but progressing. There was no tutorial online for this model. Why?

Bluetooth is sometimes questionable if you're using LDAC devices like the sony xm3 or others supporting ldac devices phone is overall a pretty good phone and a pretty durable screen even without a case

I like the phone now that I have a working SIM card. Tracfone had to sent me a new SIM card because they were not able to transfer my service to my new phone.

I was pleased with the phone and the service I received. Wish you would have had more of a selection. I do understand the supply and demand situation at this time.

Very affordable nice up to date starter phone by Samsung. "A" series being a bit new to U.S. markets is fundamentally functional and reliable especially if equipped with a upscale GB card also available at Best Buy! Recommended!

Decent for the price. Price is high for the quality. Photos are not impressive.

but since it's my 1st Smart phone I don't know a great deal. Got it at Black Friday sale and by the end of February, it had already gone belly up. Had to put out more $ for a more expensive phone that is still working okay at this time.

I got this phone for my mom. She wanted something more modern and this phone is nice. I got it on sale this Black Friday and it was worth the wait. She really enjoyed her new phone

So far, so good. Haven't had any issues as of yet. Because of Covid we had to finish the set up, and we are not very good at that. But all is good and the phone is working fine.

Looking for a good overall product and the Samsung A10e appears to fit the bill. This is the second phone purchased from Best Buy on-line and both times worked very smoothly. They were very helpful in forfilling the order.

I originally bought a cheaper model just to replace my old flip phone, but decided to upgrade once I hooked up to my WiFi. Don’t use the phone much but texting easier and works like my iPod touch

I'm still getting used to the all the new features on this phone then I had on my other Samsung. I just wish it had a turn on/off switch on the front of the phone instead of on the side.

Decent budget phone with a nice screen the speed is also decent so I would say it'd worth it if you want a budget Samsung phone.
