A non working phone

We couldn't get it unlocked. It was ordered online .then the box says it has to be scanned before it will work! I tried to print a return label but it was over 14 days so what? A $40 fee to return it?? This Is a major disappointment. By then verizon had turned off service to my old phone. Six days with no phone til could get reconnected.

I didnt realize it was old until I got it. Phone model is A15 SG. Shame on you Best Buy... I need to be more careful if I shop there again.

Samsung Galaxy A15 and a Happy Customer
