I have not had any problems with this phone. It is my first smart phone so I am still learning how to use it, but I have not had any problems with it.

I've went back to Best Buy for help with the phone after only one day. Couldn't do anything with it. Seems it needed an update. It is not a very dependable product. Does not always send messages - I continually have to reboot it to get it to work properly. Camera is okay, nothing great about it.

This is a great beginner smartphone and the Samsung support at Best Buy the best feature.

Bought this as a gift for someone already using Tracfone wanting to upgrade. It is an excellent phone for a new smart phone user. The transition from the old phone to new was very easy. Good deal for the pre-paid user who wants a "real" smartphone.

Perfect first android phone. Good value for the price.

Decent phone with good display. A little heavier than I expected but has a decent number of apps available. Added a 32 gig mem card. Phone works well but I think the text messaging system is harder to use than my previous tracfone. Not happy it is not compatible with fitbit.

The TRACFONE - Samsung Galaxy Centura No-Contract Cell Phone - Gray Blue was an upgrade for my old TRACFONE flip phone. Now I have all the apps that I never had before, It's fun learning new stuff!! Great product.

Purchased this as a replacement for our land line. Great phone that has the features we need and many extra. This is saving us a contract with the phone company. Now we only pay for the usage we need at home and have an extra cell phone if needed when we are out.

The enclosed user instruction booklets are deficient--virtually worthless. It is like gaps of steps/procedure/subject matter left out. Remedy is to view/download User Manual from website and read/ re-read / identify how-to's from this comprehensive manual; but, this comprehensive real-time user manual is 328 pages (!!), but a "must-do" to at least download to view on your PC for reference.. Perhaps 10% content is misc. information other then specific subject matter usage instructions. Once you view the Table of Contents & index of the site manual, it will be very apparent how much is lacking in the 2 booklet instruction manuals provided with phone & how valuable the site manual is for reference-picking out subject matter you wish to apply. Printing out user manual will call for about 150 pages double sided, and best done in non-draft status so images shown are as clear as possible. Paper and excess ink usage is unfortunate aspect. (Poor camera resolution-only 3 megs)

We got this for our kids, and they think it is so cool. Just wish Walmart had a better case for it. We did find a good case elsewhere online.

This phone is great for anyone who doesn't use a huge amount of minutes. This phone replaced a very very old Nokia. It's nice to be able to text easily. And there is an online tutorial that helps make everything easy.

i NEED A LOT OF HELP IN LEARNING HOW TO HANDLE THIS ITEM. BETTER INSTRUCTIONS INCLUDED IN THE PURCHASE PKG WOULD BE A BIG HELP.

Samsung UN60H6203AFXZA 60" Price was right. Picture can't be beaten. We are old and yet the Smart functions are easy to use. Some reviews have complained about the sound. We are not audiophiles but have no complaint re the sound.

This is the first smart phone I've had and even though it's an Android it was very easy to start using and pretty self explanatory on the functions. I also like the fact that this type phone was available as a pre-paid phone/Tracfone as that is the type service I use.

My recent purchase of a smartphone is one of the most complicated items I have ever bought in my life and am slowly learning to like it. It is an amazing creation.

I don't know about anyone else's experience, but this phone started out OK and went straight downhill after I installed a few apps. It would constantly lock up before I even got a chance to do anything. I went into safe mode and un-installed everything with no luck there either. I wouldn't recommend it.
