Very happy with this phone though I have trouble with group texts but that might be my server (trackphone) and not my phone. Also cool it has gorilla glass on such an affordable phone!

First three months are not promising
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Since Tracfone came out with smartphones each one that I have purchased has been a significant upgrade from the previous one, but not so with this one. I upgraded from a LG Treasure to get 16g internal memory, but unfortunately, the LG was a much better phone in every aspect except internal memory. In the first three months, the phone has intermittently stopped receiving calls and accepting voice mail. (removing/reinserting the SIM card seems to fix it). Recently, after an update, it no longer recognizes apps that I transferred to the SD card to conserve space. I am mostly disappointed in the phone's performance.

Great phone

Now with Verizon I get the coverage and quality of calls I was looking for. I really enjoy having a full keyboard to type messages on. The only thing I have a problem with is Setting the number of rings before the message answers.

He needs one for emergencies and a way to get hold of us when he is away. I lived the quality of it so much I went ad got myself a Samsung too. Mine has more bells and whistles as I like technlogy but this little phone is amazing and I highly recommend it and would be just as happy with it
