This is a pretty good phone for a pre-paid network and for the price. Samsung seems to make well made phones whether they are on regular cell networks or the pay-as-you-go type like this one.

Bought this phone as a "starter" phone for our 12 year old and it's great. He doesn't use it that often but, for some safety / personal health reasons, we wanted him to have a phone and it's worked to the requirements we had going into the purchase.

My 10 year old wanted a phone for their b-day. I didn't want to add them to my AT&T plan. Purchased this phone for them and they loved it!! Has pretty much all the functions as my Galaxy 7 Active.

After years with an iPhone, when it finally died, I chose this being a fan of Samsung, it took awhile to get used to not having an iPhone but I can say when this dies I will be going with this again.

I got this phone as a gift to a family member, and she loved it. It's perfect for anyone on a budget, but don't want those small dinky "smartphones".

This phone is well worth the money I paid for it. It has sufficient storage space for my favorite apps. The cheap Android TracFones don't have enough space which is why I upgraded to this phone.

I did not intent really intent to purchase a new fone but after listening to the advice of the salesman at the local Best Buy, I am happy to say that I am extremely satisfied with my purchase.

It provides me with the necessary apps I need...and also I can make phone calls as I need to make or receive. I am not a phone person..I am old school and this is much more than sufficient.

Bought my first smartphone for the purpose of getting gps. So far so good on using phone. Thanks mostly to very helpful salesperson who transferred time and information from old phone.

This is a good smart phone for the beginner. The reason for this is because it is relatively easy to learn and has most, or all of the features of a smart phone.

This Samsung was a real step up from my previous phone. I liked it so much we bought one for all 5 of us! Nearly two years in it's slowed down a bit, but I still give it a 4-star rating.

This is a great value and excellent Samsung Tracfone - I saw Best Buy endorsed this phone - I am always satisfied with all my Best Buy purchases - I highly recommend this phone.

Got this for my 75 year old mother because she doesn’t want a monthly payment with the big bad cellular companies. She loves it and finds it very easy to use

Phone is easy to use but it heats up after talking a while. I like talking with phone at ear but it becomes uncomfortable from the heat.

I bought these smart phones for both my 16 year old son and 84 year old Mom, and they are both very happy with them- lots of features and easy to deal with.

I love this phone.; it does everything! This senior only needed a little help to get up and running. The staff at BB were patient and knowledgeable.

Fun to use while I explore how the phone works. Only possible to manage with great BB support. Great cost savings on trackphone.

Nice phone for a pre-teen. We only needed it for our child to call us when headed to school and when getting off the bus.

Works for standard calling and text and basic apps not much space and RAM to do much more.
