Drawbacks would be inconsistent battery life, and the fact that although it is a tracfone, the tracfone app works horribly.

Staff at local store tried exceednly to activate. They were very concerned and helpful. Phone was returned and another purchased at another store.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love the phone was debating between Amazon/Bestbuy/Tracfone but when I read it had an FM Radio I asked the question and the tracfone rep said the answer was yes so I bought it. amazon had the same phone with a 40 dollar airtime card but the FM Radio sold me, it's to bad its not there and Tracfone does nothing when you have a problem but give you the run around.. again love the phone but the customer service at tracfone is BAD and the and the description on the bestbuy site is wrong so forget the FM Radio its non existent .

The best thing is that I'm not a power user so Tracfone's policy of rolling over EVERYTHING (so long as you maintain service days) is absolutely perfect for me. A+++

I'm so glad I bought it from BB instead of Tracfone. I've had a couple of questions and issues on operation and the BB support folks on site were very helplful. I'd rather drive to BB than call Tracfone with questions. The phone itself does what I imagined a smarphone should do. It's my first, so have no source of comparison to other models/brands. I'm learning. Tracfone and their "help" line are confusing, but here's how the transition from a dumb phone works. The call minutes and phone number transfer pretty easily, but YOU WILL NOT GET ANY TEXTS OR MB at startup. YOU CAN'T CONVERT MINUTES to texts or MB. Those don't come with the phone, and MUST BE BOUGHT separately. Oh, and "Texts" means those sent or received when counting. It took me 4 tries with Tracfone reps to straighten all that out, in spite of a Tracfone website implying different transition rules.
