I've had many Smart Android Phones over the last 5 years and this Samsung blows them all away!! From it's incredible sleek design, to it's vivid screen, to it's massive storage space, it's just perfect for anything you may want or need to do with a Smart Phone. I've been able to download a ton more apps than my last Motorola phone and I've only used 4GB out of 16GB!!! It's endless!! I love this phone and you won't regret buying one!! I've used this Tracfone phone model for a few years now, and recently upgraded to Verizon/Apple and realized just how bad this phone was. From my experience: the phone frequently freezes up, apps crash often, screen would randomly go black/white, load time is usually slower than average, texting got so delayed that I told people to not contact me through text, speaker volume is too low, I could go on and on. The longer I used the phone over the years, the slower it got. I've had many frustrating experiences where I needed to get something done and the phone would refuse to work properly. As for okay things about this phone: calling worked on average, camera quality was average, battery was fair for the price, easy and simple to operate in general. Tracfone service in general is also decent as well but it's not the best or anything. It's a cheap phone so don't have high expectations. It's a simple bottom of the line phone and I would not recommend this product to anyone.

My wife has been using a Tracfone for about six years. We bought this Samsung because her old one couldn't get any service in Bowling Green, KY (city where Chevrolet makes the Corvette). This new phone doesn't work there either. We make it there about once a month mostly to do some shopping (at Best Buy, of course). The phone works fine everywhere else that we've been. I contacted Tracfone and basically got a shoulder shrug - admitted that their coverage sucks in some areas. Just what it is. Would give the phone five stars, but Tracfone only one, so compromised at three. All in all, I top off the phone once a year and the wife has a phone that (mostly) suits her needs for about $7/month. I offered to get her an iPhone instead but she wasn't interested. She doesn't use it that much.

This phone was an upgrade from an older Samsung Tracfone. My new Galaxy J3 Luna Pro is an amazing phone for the price. It's much faster, with a much sharper screen than my old phone. For my use it leaves little to be desired. I'm thrilled with it.

I've had the phone less than a week so too soon for a proper review. I did buy this phone because it says in the features that the phone has an included app for listening and recording radio. It is not there. I'm disappointed but not enough to return it. The phone seems to work alright otherwise.

I've had a flip phone from Tracfone for many years now, and my kids kept saying get with the program Mom and at least get a Smartfone so I did. I now have a Samsung GalaxyJ3 Luna Pro which is a Tracfone product but so much more than what I'm use to.
