Poor TracFone experience

This product had to be activated directly with TracFone, transferring my existing minutes from a very old TracFone. After spending 1 hr on the phone with them, suffering several disconnects, rudeness, and their carrying on separate conversations with someone else both phones were rendered useless while suffering yet a final disconnect. Best Buy gets 5 stars for their customer service and concern with my experience while returning 100% of the cost of the new phone to me.
