The track phone 60 minutes pre-paid card is a good option that is advantageous to a consumer who may not use the cell phone other than as an emergency mobile phone. An elderly customer for example, benefits from not having to pay for a pricey plan, but pays at expiring intervals for the intended use which may very well be for just for calling purposes ( use of minutes). It is not terribly expensive, but allows for piece of mind.
