She could not use the phone because it was too difficult for the prospective user to open and too complicated to use. I mistakenly relied on a sales person's recommendation. I too found the phone difficult and complicated although i have no problem with an iPhone or other electronic devices.

The phone never worked so I returned the phone but Trac phone would NOT reimburse me for the worthless prepaid card (I wasn't going to buy another Trac phone). I lost my money on this purchase.

With this card, my service ends up costing around $7.00 a month and gives me plenty of talk minutes, text messages, and data to meet my needs. I use of these cards every 90 days to keep my service active, and it works like a charm!

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Tracfone is OK for a phone that you carry with you for emergencies and an occasional phone call. The main problem I have with it is that the service date always runs out way before my minutes do. They do not offer a card that ONLY will extend your service with them. You have to buy more minutes every time, and each new card you purchase only gives you an additional 3 months of service. They do have a one year plan, but it is really expensive, and once again you get suckered into buying another 400 minutes to get it!
