The TracFone flip phone was the perfect answer for wifey. She's great in oh so many ways, but technologically challenged and just wanted a phone for emergencies. This way, with the TracFone and refill cards, she has what she wants (and needs) and I'm only out $80/year. What a deal.

For retirees this product is an economical way to purchase minutes without having a phone bill every month. Great idea. More people should know about it.

I don't use my cell phone that much, so a 60 minute Tracfone prepaid cell phone card is all I need for the next 3 months. Another thing is that my particular Tracfone triples the minutes, so what was 60 minutes now becomes 180 minutes. That makes this 60 minute card a great deal that works for me.

Was able to buy this card to extend my fathers phone service. Very convenient as I went to best buy for another reason.

I am not the average cell phone user. I have one in case my home service is down due to power outages, and so I have an emergency phone when I am on the road. When was the last time you drove by a phone booth? Roughly $20.00 for three months of service is a cheap price to pay for the knowledge that I am prepared if I need to be.

I like going into a local store to purchase my prepaid phone cards. I'm glad Best Buy carries the tracphone cards.

I use tracfone as a no contract phone when I travel. It is very economical plus I can use wifi when available or data from tracfone.

I use these cards for my church phone. We don't have a lot of calls coming in and out. This phone is very Compact and expensive and easy to use. This way without having a landline and monthly expenses we can still have a contact number for people to reach us. Great solution for any church or small business.

I purchased the 60 minute card for 19.99 plus tax. Then my phone has double minutes giving me 120 minutes and with a promo code from TracFone.com I receive another 20 minutes. So for purchase of this card I am actually getting a total of 140 minutes, which I think is a good deal.

Here's the deal: if you buy a Tracfone, you'll need to pick up these cards quarterly. The good news is that they stack your minutes and data and texts if you don't use them all. The bad news is that you have to buy these every 90 days. It's not exactly contract-free because you are forced to get minutes. But, compared to the other alternatives, it's a better price overall.

For a person who does not use a cell phone very often, Tracfone is the way to go. The 60 minute card expires in 90 days. If I use up all my minutes within that time than just buy another one. I don't know if Tracfone still offers it I have the plan/phone that triples my minutes/text/data.

I dont care to use a cell phone but keep one for security. This is an inexpensive way to do so at a minimum cost and works great for my purposes. The review is for the card - it is easy to load on phone and the phone has worked everywhere I might have occasion to use it, which honestly is rare...
