I had Tracphones since 2001 I upgraded an old 3G qwerty key phone. For a basic smartphone I well think the $20 was a good deal. I can look up Websites and use on Wi-Fi to save my data. For an older person fairly easily to use. If you have an old flip phone on Tracphone it's worth the upgrade. Works on AT&T wireless towers in case you want to check the coverage maps. With 4G Lte speed on data. Fits in your pocket easily. Oh triple on each card you load data,text and voice.

We purchased this phone for a 10-year old that was going away for a summer camp. This phone worked out great, it was simple to set up and use, plus with the WiFi on the phone, we were able to keep in touch when he was out of cell coverage but had access to the WiFi. The kid has downloaded games, is texting his friends and quickly learned the Android system. The only issue that we found with this phone is that it is VERY particular with the charger. Yes, it is a micro USB charger, but you must either use the charger that came with the phone or must have a charger that is the exact same voltage/output as the charger that came with the phone - which we found was easier said than done. Other than the idiosyncrasy with the charger, this phone has been great.

This phone is great for the price! It has a lot more functionality than my old phone for only $5 more. The touch screen works better than my last phone also. The only negative that I noticed after having used it for a couple of weeks is that it will not alarm if the phone is off, so if you want to use the alarm clock function, the phone has to be on. (Note: I am only a basic user and don't use the phone too often. If you are a heavy cell phone user, this might not be the phone for you.)

I received a great deal on this phone: $30 off of the regular listed price then $5 off with a Best Buy coupon. It really is what I expected but the limited RAM can be a problem at times. Fortunately, I don't have to root it to move apps and files to an SD card I already had but something, somewhere in its system has the annoying habit of moving apps back to phone storage after updates. In summary, it is worth the price despite the limitations.

It took me some time to learn all of its gizmos, I'm still learning it. The part that I don't like about this phone, it's doesn't show you the minutes left on the home screens like other pay phones, I had to go on to YouTube to find out how to access the minutes. I actually had to use a code to access it with a code of *777*1# , but that being said and done with. I'm satisfied

I just needed an extra phone to have a house phone so I didn't expect much. However at the price I got it for it was a bargain. The phone is pretty great and it's very fast. I find myself using it more often that I thought.

My kids can download as many aops as they need without going overboard. It works fast. They like the keyboard. I liked being able to get a phone for my kids that did a lot without a huge expense.

I bought this phone for my granddaughter, she said the call quality is good and the camera takes decent pictures. For the price this is a great starter phone!

Bough the phone for an 89 yr old parent who had some difficulty with the phone operating procedures and didn't care to put any time into learning how to use it. Now keep it around for me to use for travel or in any situation where it could easily be damaged. Replacement cost would be negligible as opposed to my Apple iPhone.

I needed to replace an old Tracfone that I keep in my car. This one has Bluetooth and connects directly to my car's phone program.

Gets the job done, especially when you don't want to add another phone to your plan. Perfect for a young child in case of emergencies or unusual circumstances.

I purchased this for my husband because he is unable, due to his disability, to use a more advanced phone. It is very simple and easy to use.

Having had good luck and service, we picked this Tracfone version phone up as a first "real" smart phone for my daughter to replace an old fail only emergency cell phone.

Husband doesn't use all the bells and whistles, but for a pay as you go smartphone it's nice. I use some features just to make sure they work.

Does what i need it to do and then some. Lil learning curve, but great first smartphone for me!
