    Easy set up, no hot zones/cold zones, and great wifi service! The app is a little glitchy sometimes but its not a deal breaker!

    Best grill I’ve owned. You set what your grilling and forget it. My only complaint would be only getting to 500 degrees……. I do like a chard look and flavor. This does not do that

    The best smoker i have ever had, cook on it every opportunity I get . every thing comes out great . Brisket, ribs, salmon, and wing so far

    Two people to put together. Parts kept breaking and although customer service sent you replacement parts (assuming they were in stock) you had to figure out how to replace the parts with poor instructions. Customer support were all difficult to understand. I have had to replace 4 parts in the last 4 months. I assumed I was the issue as I’m new to smoking, had I know what a cheap product this turned out to be I would have returned it when I could. Unfortunately it it past the return date for me.

    Delivery was perfect and on time. Delivery people actually carried the grill to our back patio. Love the grill!!

    Great and fun smoker. not a real grill. Trying to grill at HIGH usually causes mini grease fires. but long slow cooks work great. Have had a few issues with pellets getting stuck, but nothing major.

    Makes great food! I’m coming from a Weber Smokey Mountain Cooker, so the ease of use is a night and day difference. Occasionally the app got out of sync with what the cooker was actually doing, but overall a great cooker!
