Two people to put together. Parts kept breaking and although customer service sent you replacement parts (assuming they were in stock) you had to figure out how to replace the parts with poor instructions. Customer support were all difficult to understand. I have had to replace 4 parts in the last 4 months. I assumed I was the issue as I’m new to smoking, had I know what a cheap product this turned out to be I would have returned it when I could. Unfortunately it it past the return date for me.

The delivery was fine and but I had to return the grill because the parts box was missing. It took 45min on the phone with Best Buy customer service to figure out that they couldn't exchange it.

Works great. Wish it had double insulated wall all over. just the sides are double insulated. meat prob is worthless. i ues a different separate one.
