I gave three stars because when I ordered the item, it said “number of weights: 2” in item specifications. I only received one dumbbell in my package. I see that they have now changed the item specifications to say “number of weights: 1.” Even if it was a mistake in the listing, I still think that I should have been sent 2 dumbbells since that was what the listing clearly said when I ordered. The wording in the listing was misleading.

Bulging handles maybe too big for some

First, the knurling on the handle is made for a specific grip. If you wanted to do skull crushers or tricep kickbacks you'll only have a partial area where you fingers contact the knurling. You have to hold the db in the center for the best support. Secondly, the bulge. It makes it more of a fat grip and some people with small hands may find it harder to keep a grip on these. Add that with the knurling placement and you can end up slipping and possibly causing damage. You need to test these out in person to make sure they fit your hands. Lastly, the size. These 20lb weights are bigger than my 25's. Might be because of the amount of rubber on the ends or because the handle isn't solid. My other db's are one piece solid iron sets. The obey the laws of gravity, so they give you resistance. Not a whole lot you can really say about weights, lol. Just make sure they fit your grip.
