    Gave these a shot because they were on sale (still for more than dumbbells should cost.....anything over around $1 to $1.10 per pound is an inflated price) and I had some gift certificates to burn. I now have 10 pound rubber hex all the way to these 50 lb rubber hex, all a mix of different brands. The grips on these are great, but the weights themselves are horribly "unbalanced." There isn't supposed to be a "top" and "bottom" of dumbbells like this, but if you don't pick them up just right they try and rotate in your hands to get the heavier half on bottom. 1st time I have ever experienced that with dumbbells like these.
