    Nice piece of equipment but took longer to receive the pair. Was unable to ship to house which was also disappointing. Regardless it weighs 95 lbs like they said

    With Covid I haven't been going to a gym. While not the perfect weight for all exercises, for me these dumbbells are great for bicep curls, tricept kick backs, stand-up shoulder presses, scruggs, knee bends. I also do 150 push-ups, stoulder raises with bands, and walk about 3 miles a day to keep my 72 year old body in reasonable shape for my hot partner.
