    Really useful equipment. The handle is pretty big, so it wont handle wide range of hands size. I do enjoy the different of lbs I can use.

    If you remove the weight to make it lighter it is not really practical to do move like clean or snatch. There is nothing to fill the empty weight slots, so it really hurt when the incomplete kettlebell bit the arm during the exercise.
