Conforms to size and shape of a regular kettlebell

So it has the advantage of having various weights but it's not too bulky that it prevents some kettlebell exercises. It does take longer to adjust sizes compared to other adjustable ones but it's not too bad. I've tried a Bowflex one and while the adjusting is faster, its bulky size and the shape of the handle is different so it's harder to perform some moves.
