Fell in love with the Tsubasa Chronicles not just for the storyline, but also because the music is incredible. It's hard to imagine such a great soundtrack(s# being possible when there are so many different artists working on a single anime series. This album is purely vocal tracks which is a positive and a negative. "Blaze" is one of the best intro songs out there and is very upbeat. "Tsubasa" and "You are my love" are wonderful as well. The other songs all flow very well together and create a stunning album. I'll be the first to admit that I can't read any Japanese #yet# and it's pretty limited in terms of what I can understand from the vocals, but you can always feel the meaning behind each of the songs just from the artists. Sadly, some of the greatest tracks from Tsubasa are the orchestrals from Yuki Kajiura. "A Song of Storm and Fire" is one of the most epic songs I've ever heard along with "Ship of Fools". I really need to find the albums with them. It's easy and cheap/free to download the stuff, but I'm a firm believer in paying for what you like. These artists bring me a ton of joy with their music and I should pay them for it. $60 is steap for the CDs, though :/ But this is the standard price for media from Japan.
