Now, the earbuds fall out of my ears and customer service is non-responsive. I've offered to purchase whatever part is needed to keep this from happening, even though the product is only 6 months old, and still no response.

Especially the ear piece that contains the mic accessory. I had my brother test it out, and same result. My audio during game chat has been described as kind of a “far” sounding and collects a lot of outside interference.

Won’t stay in ears

I really wanted these to work for traveling but they’ll just have to be returned. Also the audio is HORRIBLE
