Now, the earbuds fall out of my ears and customer service is non-responsive. I've offered to purchase whatever part is needed to keep this from happening, even though the product is only 6 months old, and still no response.

Especially the ear piece that contains the mic accessory. I had my brother test it out, and same result. My audio during game chat has been described as kind of a “far” sounding and collects a lot of outside interference.

Only downside is they itch my ear holes, but that’s probably me not the headphones fault. Inexpensive option for a good headset
