We consistently provide a comfortable fit for the overwhelming majority of our customers, especially with the different ear tip sizes provided with the Battle Buds. Due to the wide variations in ear sizes and shapes, it's not possible to design a one-size-fits-all set of earbuds that will fit absolutely 100% of all users. However, we consistently provide a comfortable fit for the overwhelming majority of our customers and provide different size ear tips for the buds in an effort to provide comfort to a wider range of ear sizes and shapes.

I am very tech savvy, even contacted turtle beach and got a run around. However they will work for other platforms.

If the headset's working fine on other platforms; it should have no inconvenience working when connected to the headset jack on your Switch Lite.
Please continue your correspondence with the team, as what you mentioned here may indicate an error on the end of your Switch console.
