    I thought it was my controller, but then the sound stopped working on the second controller I plugged them into. Too bad, the thought behind them is great.

    Received the gaming earbuds the first week of June, they worked compatibly with my Xbox one controller for 1 month and 3 weeks. Won’t be buying again.

    Bought for my 6 year old there way to big for his ears and didn't come with smaller ear adapters

    If you plan on buying this for Xbox, then just forget it. The echo is unbearable in party chat.

    So I bought this product took it too the car opened it and the jack part of the cable was completely off the wire. It was packaged broken or was returned and no one checked to see if it was broken and resold it.

    Earbuds broke after a few days of normal use

    The earbuds sounded good the first few days. Never slept on, stepped on, or damaged the earbuds and all of a sudden one earbud is significantly weaker in sound than the other. Highly disappointed.

    Right out of the box, didn’t work. Plugged it into my controller and no one could hear me. Messed with the settings and everything. Turtle beach disappoints again.

    Headphones did not hold up at all. Was purchased and used with Nintendo switch lite. Go with a brand name.
