After that first year the first few problems started. The plastic that connects the speakers to the top of the head phones snapped on the right side when i took them off because it was too weak to hold its own weight. basically holding it by only one side snapped it and could not be repaired.

I had to reset the console every time in order to get them to work again. Because this item happens every so often, I couldn't replicate at the store when I tried to have them replaced
